Online courier aggregator, Rush, has launched a new website that enables businesses to find quotes and place orders by comparing couriers, their prices and delivery services in real-time.
Rush developed its website to provide an extended platform for its courier services which launched in November 2015 on Rush for mobile, powered by WeChat.
“The website is ideal for those customers who request multiple deliveries to various destinations in South Africa. The address book function saves all your addresses for future use. Our automated waybill facility enables you to print it out and after you have paid for your delivery, you simply secure it to your parcel which then becomes ready for collection,” said Glenn Whittaker, CEO of Rush.
Whittaker points out that the complete delivery process is monitored by its call centre.
Customers are able to track their deliveries thanks to a track-and-trace facility linked to an online dashboard. Rush also provides a parcel insurance option, underwritten by Hollard.
Rush has five couriers on its platform, namely: The Courier Guy, Courier IT, Globeflight, Road Trip Courier and Skynet, with more to be added this month.
